Subscriptions and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly). Payments are securely processed via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use SiteGrade only to audit websites that you own, operate, or have explicit permission to audit. You may not use our service to spam, harass, or conduct denial-of-service attacks against third-party websites.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SiteGrade provides its SEO audits on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the audit results will be 100% accurate, or that implementing our suggestions will guarantee specific search engine rankings.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SiteGrade, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
